Delete your Chitrio account

You can delete your Chitrio account and its data yourself, at any time, from inside the app or the website. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in at chitrio.com or in the Chitrio app.
2. Open Settings, then Invoices & GST.
3. At the bottom, choose Delete account, type DELETE and enter your password.

Only the workspace owner (admin) can delete a workspace. If you signed up with Google and never set a password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page to set one first, or write to us as below.

Ask us to delete it

Email [email protected] from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your videos, scripts, images, voice and character data, uploads, connected channels and their access tokens, settings, schedules and notifications, and the personal details on your user profile (name, email, phone).

What we keep, and why

Invoices and the credit ledger are kept for as long as tax law requires, with the personal details removed from them. Nothing else is kept. See the Privacy Policy for details.
