Call recording to notes
The important part of a client call is usually one sentence: what they want, what you promised, when you will call back. Upload the recording and Chitrio writes out the full transcript, then turns it into notes you can act on: a short summary, the key points, the decisions made, the action items with who does what and by when, the follow-up questions, and what the customer asked for. It understands Hindi, English and the Hinglish most of us actually speak, and an hour of audio usually takes about a minute.
Who it is for: For salespeople, mutual fund distributors, insurance agents, consultants, agencies, teachers and anyone who talks to clients all day and forgets half of it by evening.

Straight answer: The notes are only as good as the recording. A clear phone or meeting recording works well; heavy background noise, people talking over each other or a very faint voice will cost accuracy. Separate labels for each speaker are not there yet and are being worked on. Read the action items before you send them to anyone, and record calls only where you are allowed to and the other person knows.
Pick a call recording, a meeting recording or a WhatsApp voice note from your phone or computer. Common audio and video files work, including mp3, m4a, wav, ogg, opus and mp4.
The recording is transcribed and read through. An hour of audio usually comes back in about a minute, and you can watch the progress on screen.
Read the summary, decisions, action items and follow-ups next to the full transcript. Copy them, download them as a text or Word file, or add them to the lead in your Chitrio CRM so the next call starts from where the last one ended.

Yes. You can copy them, download them as a text or Word file, or add them to a lead in the Chitrio CRM so the history stays with that customer.
That depends on where you and the other person are. Many places require the other person to know or agree. You are responsible for recording only where it is allowed.
